Operation control instructions

Before use, check whether the adjusting screws of all components and accessories in the

system are in the correct position, whether the oil is within the indication range of the liquid

level gauge, and whether the pipe joints and fastening screws are loose. If everything is

normal, the hydraulic system can be put into operation.

Before starting and stopping the motor, the loading, oil supply, pilot and speed

adjustment shall be left to zero to make the motor start or stop under no-load state.

If the oil suction and return filters are blocked during use, the indicator light will send a

signal (the red light is on).

The locked overflow valve shall not be adjusted at will.

The oil level should not be lower than the level gauge. If there is insufficient oil, it should

be filled in time. The method is as follows: 5, 2.

In case of system failure, stop the machine in time for inspection.
